Beef Tenderloin with “Pancit”


1 pound beef tenderloin trimmed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
One half head of cabbage sliced thin
One large carrot peeled and shaved
One onion peeled and sliced thin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 pound fresh peas
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Two pinches dried red pepper


In a heavy saucepan on medium heat sear tenderloin or four minutes on each side. Set aside.

In a large sauté pan or wok sauté all vegetables at the same time or four minutes. Add the noodles and remaining ingredients and simmer for five minutes.

Sliced the tenderloin thinly and put on top of pan cit and enjoy
