Not Your Grandma’s Spaghetti and Meatballs


Fresh Sea Scallops
Spaghetti Squash
Marinara Sauce


Split spaghetti squash length wise and remove seeds

Roast with skin side down in 375º

Remove from oven and cool

Drag a fork across the squash to “Spaghetti” the squash

10 Sea Scallops – Coat in your favorite blackened spice.  Place a non-stick pan on high heat for 4 minutes.  Add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add scallops and sear each side for 3 minutes

Use favorite marinara sauce and add a pinch of red pepper

In a bowl, place spaghetti squash in center.  Dress with marinara sauce and add 2-3 seared scallops per serving.
