Shrimp & Grits


9 Jumbo Shrimp
9 Slices Prosciutto Ham
1 Cup Stone Ground White Grits
3 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup White Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
BBQ Sauce


In a large sauce pan, combine grits, stock and cream

Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium

Simmer for 10 minutes and add butter and cheese to melt

Wrap each shrimp with the prosciutto ham

In a large non-stick skillet, on medium hear, sauté shrimp for 4 minutes on each side

Divide grits into 3 serving bowls

Place 3 Shrimp in the center of each bowl and drizzle with BBQ sauce
